May 2010. Jaipur, India.
The summer of 2010 was one of the warmest in India in years with many days with temperatures of 48 to 52 Celsius (118-125 F). I must admit that it was a stupid idea to head to India in summer, but that was the only time I was able to go there. The 3 weeks I spend in colorful province of Rajastan was the most tiring 3 weeks in my entire life. Seriously. Indian summers are hot, but that one was too much even for locals used to high temperatures. So the view like the one on the photo was a common thing. Because what’s better to do when it’s so bloody hot?
